Fees & Insurance
Choosing a therapist is both a personal and a practical decision.
This page is here to offer clarity around fees, insurance, and how out-of-network reimbursement works — so you can decide whether this feels like a good fit without unnecessary guesswork.
Session Fees
All individual, couples, and family therapy sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Extended sessions may be available upon request.
Individual therapy: $150 per session.
Couples therapy: $165 per session.
Family therapy: $175 per session.
Men’s groups have variable session lengths and fees, with details outlined on the Men’s Groups page.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Coverage
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
Many clients, however, are still able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy through their insurance plan. Out-of-network benefits vary widely depending on your policy.
Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits
To make this easier, you can securely check your out-of-network benefits using the tool below.
This allows you to see whether your plan includes out-of-network coverage and what reimbursement may look like — without needing to call your insurance company.
This tool is HIPAA-compliant. Checking your benefits is free and does not obligate you to begin therapy.
Please note: not all insurance plans are supported by the automated benefits checker. If your plan does not appear, you’re welcome to contact me or your insurer directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits.
What Happens Next
If you decide to move forward, I provide documentation that clients can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
You are always welcome to reach out with questions before scheduling.
